Our younger group focuses on building strong fundamentals, dribbling, shooting form, footwork, passing, and defense. We emphasize confidence, teamwork, and understanding the game. Every drill has purpose, helping kids develop the foundation they need to play the game the right way.

Sessions expire based on the package timeframe (personal training = 5 weeks, semi-private & group training = 4 weeks).

24-hour cancellation required. Late cancellations or missed sessions are forfeited.

MYHOOPS Training Program
At our training program, we help young athletes from 8 years old all the way up to college level. We help develop the skills, confidence, and mindset to succeed both on and off the court.
